Getting to Wilmington
On Silverside Road in Wilmington 19810, convenient to Naamans, Marsh, and Concord Pike.
We are at 2106 Silverside Road, Suite 102, in Wilmington 19810. Silverside is the east-west spine of Brandywine Hundred; look for Suite 102 in the office building, not a storefront on Concord Pike.
Lot parking is in front of the building. First visits take 60–90 minutes. If you are coming from Naamans, Marsh, or I-95, this is the northern Pure Wellness clinic — not the Newark office on Stanton Christiana.

Before you come in
How long is the first visit with Justin?
Plan for 60 to 90 minutes. That covers your history, a posture screening, range-of-motion measurement, a hands-on exam, and — if you are a chiropractic case and you want one — an adjustment the same day. Follow-up visits are much shorter.
What does the first appointment cost?
The new patient exam is advertised starting at $78, and a consultation on its own is $39. If you are using insurance, we verify your benefits at no charge before care starts and the amount you pay may be lower than the advertised fee.
What should I bring?
Photo ID, your insurance cards, and any recent imaging or reports you have. If you can, print and complete the intake forms beforehand so you are not filling in paperwork on a clipboard while your back hurts.
Can I ask for Justin specifically?
Yes. Say so when you call or note it on the request form and the desk will book you into Justin's schedule. If you need to be seen sooner than the next opening, they will tell you who else is available that day.
Do you take walk-ins?
Call first — (302) 543-5679. The desk can usually fit an acute case in the same day, but a new patient exam needs a proper block of time, and arriving unannounced usually means waiting.
Is there parking at the Wilmington office?

Accessible spaces are close to the entrance. If you are unsure where to pull in, call from the car and someone will walk you through it.
